Today, we are going to present an extremely civilian restaurant called Taste Fresh 百鲜饺子馆. The signature dish of this restaurant is dumpling, a very traditional diet in China.

The shop is located in the opposite of Hurstville railway station, in the heart of the Forest Rd. The owner is a kind middle-aged man from Shandong, China.

 

After coming to Australia, he said, he always missed Chinese food, and after tasting so many cuisines from different countries, the most favorite flavor is still the familiar taste of hometown’s chophouse. Therefore, the boss ran this restaurant to recall the acquainted flavor he missed. The purpose of his restaurant is making haunting dishes diligently and meet three principles: clean, affordable, satisfied serving!
