The restaurant that I recommend today is called Ester. This is a restaurant as well as a bar that located in a very quite place. The reason for I choose this as my today recommend post are, most of this restaurants foods are wood-fired oven baked, which is very special, and you can’t found this restaurant in any other place.

The dish that I strongly recommend is the Cauliflower! You can not imagine half of the cauliflower were put in to the wood fired oven to cook, the first time I heard my friend saying about this method to cooking this meal, I think I will not taste that nice, as you make not know when the food is ready and people normally can’t control the fire, most of the time it may burned. But until I visit this restaurant, it actually taste really delicious! And the dessert I recommend in Ester is the three milks, which are cow’s milk ricotta panna cotta, and goat’s milk delce de leche and the sheep’s milk yoghurt, this three milk combine together it tastes spongy, and melts immediately when entering into your mouth, its flavour is so savory and dense fragrant.
