In this super hot summer, it is impossible without ice-cream! Are anyone fancy ice-cream now???

Obviously, today’s blog is about ice-cream, I would like to introduce my favorite ice-cream parlour to you guys, which is Gelatissimo. This store comes form Italy. In this store, you can taste lots of favors’ ice-cream. The classic favourites are like salted caramel, pistachio and mango as well as unique flavours chocolate truffle, burnt caramel & pecan and lychee. Except the ice-cream, this store also provide the cool drinks, like coco loco mango shakes, coffees and others.

The restaurant that I will recommend to you guys is called RABBIT HOLE, which located in Elizabeth St, Sydney. When I visit this restaurant, is a bit hard to found this place, as there is only a small logo in front of the door, every time I went to city, I passes there but I don't even realise there is an amazing dinning here, and you need to do down stairs and just like "down" the Rabbit Hole into the basement just like went into a wonderland. Pretty dark inside, however even is dark, but it just like you are lived in a rabbit hole and having dining or drinks there, a senses of relax when you sit down and have a drink.

A lot of creative cocktails, which last time I taste the one the most of people recommends is XO ZOMBIE, it really tastes amazing! Also there are share plates and boutique beers, in a cool basement bar with wooden tables.

After being three different sub-branch at The Rocks, Darling Harbour as well as North Strathfield respectively, I think the branch on the Rocks is the best but you can still have a try on the other branches and the addresses can be found in this link: Location, after all, taste varies from person to person.

Pancakes on the Rocks is a restaurant that is famous for its pancakes with 40-year history, but in the early 1950s, when lots of dauntless Australians took a road trip across America, the discovered that the pancakes are extremely popular in Americans’ menu so they wished to bring this love for pancakes back to Australia, then Pancakes on the Rocks was founded. Their first restaurant was opened in Adelaide in 1965 and then opened around Victoria and finally settled in Sydney and called Pancakes on the Rocks.

As known as its name, the restaurant is famous for its pancakes, but do not be impulsive to order pancake as your first dish because its beef ribs is also tasty. Tender and juicy marinated and grilled in tangy barbeque sauce served with golden potato wedged and mixed lettuce. I prefer medium well because it will not be so raw or hard while chewing.

After staple food, it is time for pancakes. I recommend Devil Delight to you. Chocolate pancakes with strawberries, cream, chocolate ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.

I know a great dessert shop which is Meet Fresh. Meet Fresh original comes from Taiwan. This dessert shop is very famous in Taiwai, and it becomes a chain store now. Meet Fresh is created by two master who are the middle-aged couples. The reason why they came up with the name of “Meet Fresh” is that they want their customers to ‘meet’ the ‘fresh’ and healthy desserts which they have to offer, made only from natural and fresh ingredients which are prepared with love and care.

Twenty 8 Acres

Hey guys, how everything going? Today I’m going to introduce one of the best café in Sydney. We all love coffee, right? Personally I’m addicted to coffee, so it’s important to me to have a nice cup of coffee in the morning. I think coffee makes me feel more awake and helps me ready for the day.

In weekend, usually I like to go to a local café shop to have brunch with my friends. Just like many others, I love having brunch, because a brunch solve my problem for both breakfast and lunch. Sitting at a nice café cheating with friends with delicious coffee and food literally makes my day.

Twenty 8 Acres produce fresh, seasonal food and aromatic coffee in a gorgeous,

sunny back streets. It was created by chefs Brendan Nolan and Adam Davis. These talented chefs provided quality fresh food with affordable price, they said: life is a treat. Most people highly recommend this café and you can find many good review online. Therefore I think it definitely worth to pay a visit.

The restaurant that I recommend today is called Ester. This is a restaurant as well as a bar that located in a very quite place. The reason for I choose this as my today recommend post are, most of this restaurants foods are wood-fired oven baked, which is very special, and you can’t found this restaurant in any other place.

The dish that I strongly recommend is the Cauliflower! You can not imagine half of the cauliflower were put in to the wood fired oven to cook, the first time I heard my friend saying about this method to cooking this meal, I think I will not taste that nice, as you make not know when the food is ready and people normally can’t control the fire, most of the time it may burned. But until I visit this restaurant, it actually taste really delicious! And the dessert I recommend in Ester is the three milks, which are cow’s milk ricotta panna cotta, and goat’s milk delce de leche and the sheep’s milk yoghurt, this three milk combine together it tastes spongy, and melts immediately when entering into your mouth, its flavour is so savory and dense fragrant.
